1 Year = 350 Days
2 Years = 700 Days
3 Years = 1050 Days

Terms & Condition
- Original Invoice must be produced for warranty claims and the serial number must be intact with each item/s.
- During the claim, the packaging with the serial number must be intact. The warranty will be null and void if the product serial number and or the warranty seal have been defaced, modified or removed.
- Warranty is only applicable to manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover any accident, power surge, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, natural disaster or physical damage including burn marks, corrosion, scratch etc.
- Manufacturers and their agents reserve the right to replace/refund/repair or replace with a different model.
- Warranty claims can take up to 30 days.
- Retail Box and all other accessories must be returned for any warranty claims.
- No return or exchange for incorrect item purchases by the customer.
- Batteries – Applicable to claim the warranty If the Battery Backup is less than an hour.
- LCD screen – must have at least 5 bad pixels to replace
- All Touch displays are checking warranty only
- Warranty start from the day we inform you to collect the item ( imports and repairs ).
